Q. How do I book?
A. You can book online, or by phone or email. When booking online you can either pay online or book and pay on delivery. Note that items will only be left when full booking fee is received, so please have payment ready for our arrival time.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. we cover all areas, anywhere outside bt32 may incur a small delivery charge
Q. how long dose it take to set up and take down?
A. Usually 30 mins eather end, lets us get the job done, however it you are booking a hall or venue and only have a limited time slot please get in touch.
Q. What comes with my hire?
A. All you need is the answer, safety mat will be provided, as well as pegs or sand bags to anchor down the unit, one inflatable blower will be provided with 25M extension power lead, if you require additional lead please inform us at time of booking.
Q. What happens is an item dose not fit in my designated area?
A. This then will incur a 50% cancellation fee, it can not be our responsibility if you didn't measure area correctly all dimensions are give, we still have diesel, and staff to pay, and to unit could have gone to a different hire on that day, so please measure twice.
Q. What happens if the equipment gets damaged while on hire?
A. You the hirer are responsible for the equipment, it is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is returned in the same manor as it was left, i.e. clean and damage free.If the unit if unacceptably dirty you will be charged for it to be cleaned, if it is in any way damaged you will be billed for its repair or replacement.
Q. What should I do in preparation for your arrival?
A. Make sure we have easy access to your area, be sure the area is free from animal waste, we will not put up an inflatable on dog, cat or animal waste! this will incur a 50% cancellation fee, the area must be clean and free of sharp objects and obstacles with clean cut grass and no muddy surfaces.
